Tane (a.k.a. FLWLSS) has been a Graffiato mainstay for more years than we can count. His legendary artwork is all over our CBD, and we wouldn't be going out on a limb by saying that no other artist has had a greater impact on our town centre than Tane. He's a Taupō local through and through, and he's grown to such local fame that you only need to mention his first name for everyone to know exactly who you're speaking about.
His art is native flora and fauna focused, with origin aspects driving home his connection to the land and the stories of his ancestors. We are proud to have had Tane contribute so much of himself to each Graffiato festival. His legacy will live on for many years to come.
