Gina Kiel is an artist based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Aotearoa. She creates delicate yet bold artworks that exude mystery and depth. With equal emphasis on the big picture and the fine details, she combines soft rendering and bold graphic lines with bright palettes to create an interplay of gentle expression and colour vibrations.
Gina is inspired by symbolism, surrealism, neolithic and celtic folkart, mindfulness, nature, the human experience and many many more threads that help to channel her artworks into being. Gina can be found painting murals in Aotearoa and beyond, creating art commissions, illustrations, works for exhibitions locally and internationally and tattooing by hand. Gina is one of the three members of the street-art trio Dreamgirls Art Collective.
