NIGEL ROBERTS After heading towards traditional letterforms in his graffiti, Nigel Roberts made a gradual change to the brush and focused more on sign painting. Most days Nigel paints film sets as a day job - making wood look like wood. And the others, he's out back in his studio Reverse Glass Gilding signage and mirrors. REBECCA ter BORG Rebecca ter Borg is a free-lance artist, illustrator and sometimes muralist based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Her work draws strongly on the natural world and her love of flowers and bees and the smallest inhabitants of the earth come through strongly in her colourful, tangled illustrated world.
NIGEL & REBECCA Nigel and Rebecca are a couple that work both as solo artists and as a duo. Nigel’s specialty is sign writing and has ample experience in stage and film set design. Rebecca is an illustrator who draws inspiration from the natural world and all its inhabitants. Together, their collaborative work is harmonious and complimentary, covering both illustrative and text based elements.
